The posting

Je komt terecht in ons team van #betonbelievers dat gespecialiseerd is in het maken van elektriciteitscabines. Jij wordt ingezet voor de afwerking van deze cabines.

Jouw functie bestaat uit volgende taken:

  • Het egaal maken van betonnen muren door middel van opwrijven.
  • Het uitvoeren van kleine betonherstellingen.
  • Het doornemen van de identificatiefiche van het product

Daarnaast draag je elke dag mee zorg voor een nette en veilige werkomgeving:

  • De werkplaats dagelijks opruimen en proper houden, en de voorschriften rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu nauwgezet naleven.

Na een grondige inwerkperiode kan je eventueel - enkel indien dit voor de productie nodig is - op termijn doorgroeien naar bijkomende afwerkingstaken, zoals het product kwalitatief afwerken volgens de specificaties, waaronder:

  • Het aanbrengen van verf, coatings of crépi waar nodig
  • Plaatsen van roosters en deuren
  • Plaatsen van betonnen elementen met behulp van een rolbrug
  • Je hebt goesting om fysiek werk te verrichten, neemt initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid in wat je doet
  • Je streeft naar kwaliteit en hebt oog voor een verzorgde afwerking tot in detail
  • Je bent flexibel en voelt je goed in een omgeving waar taken kunnen variëren
  • Je werkt graag samen en draagt actief bij aan een positieve teamsfeer
  • Je toont respect voor collega’s, materiaal en werkplek en bent dagelijks betrokken bij een sterk eindresultaat
  • Je begrijpt en spreekt voldoende Nederlands en kan werken in een omgeving op hoogte (tot ±4m) en met stof, olie en water
  • Heb je interesse in of ervaring met schilderwerken, crépi spuiten of een technische feeling, dan is dat een plus — maar jouw attitude en motivatie maken het verschil
