* Unterstützung bei pflegerischem Bedarf * Professionelle Begleitung von Menschen mit komplexem bzw. intensivem Unterstützungsbedarf * Gestaltung und Durchführung von individuellen Beschäftigungs-, Förder- und Freizeitangeboten * Förderung von Selbstständigkeit, Eigenaktivität und sozialer Teilhabe * Unterstützung bei alltäglichen Tätigkeiten und lebenspraktischen Aufgaben * Unterstützung bei Kommunikation und Ausdrucksmöglichkeiten * Schaffung von Orientierung, Struktur und Sicherheit im Tagesablauf * Beobachtung der individuellen Entwicklung und des Wohlbefindens * wertschätzende und fachgerechte Dokumentation * Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen und Erwachsenenvertretungen

In unserem Haus werden 103 Menschen mit Behinderung in 10 Gruppen begleitet und betreut. Das Angebot umfasst Kreativ- und Holzarbeiten, Küche und Hauswirtschaftsbereich sowie fünf Gruppen für Menschen mit erhöhtem und hohem Unterstützungsbedarf.

Ein Verkaufslokal und eine Kaffeebar runden die Vielseitigkeit am Standort ab.

Sie bringen mit

* Abgeschlossene, facheinschlägige Ausbildung* Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Behinderung * Zusatzausbildung UBV zwingend erforderlich * Pflegeassistenz-Ausbildung von Vorteil * Wertschätzende, kollegiale und empathische Haltung * Hohe Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit, sich auf neue Situationen einzustellen * Sensibilität im Umgang mit Menschen mit Behinderung * Kreativität und Humor * Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten * Fachspezifische wertschätzende Dokumentation in unserer Datenbank * Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Supervision und Weiterbildung * Grundlegende EDV-Kenntnisse * Die für den Arbeitsplatz erforderlichen Impfungen sind Voraussetzung bzw. müssen nachgeholt werden.

Bei Ausbildungen in den Nachbarländern mit den jeweils erforderlichen Nostrifikationen.

Entgelt nach SWÖ-KV bei 37h/Woche in VG 6 von € 2867,20 bis €3210,00 brutto plus Zulagen (je nach Vordienstzeiten, maximal 10 Jahre anrechenbar)
