In unserem Tageszentrum begleiten wir Menschen mit (sehr) hohem Hilfebedarf, körperlichen Behinderungen und psychischen Beeinträchtigungen. Mit einer sinnvollen und abwechslungsreichen Tagesstruktur schaffen wir eine Atmosphäre, in der sie sich gut aufgehoben fühlen und ihre Fähigkeiten entfalten können.

Für unser Team im Tageszentrum Nestelbach bei Graz suchen wir ab sofort eine:n Mitarbeiter:in in Voll- oder Teilzeit. 1 Betreuer:in im Tageszentrum Nestelbach für die Begleitung und Betreuung von Menschen mit hohem und höchstem Hilfsbedarf

Ihre Aufgaben

* Begleitung, Betreuung und Förderung der Teilnehmer:innen im Tageszentrum

* Bezugsbetreuungssystem

* Individuelle Planung von Betreuungs- und Entwicklungsprozessen

* Teilnahme an diversen Außenaktivitäten

* Bei Bedarf und fachlicher Qualifizierung: Unterstützung bei der Pflege inkl. Pflegedokumentation

* Dokumentation und Berichtswesen laut alpha nova Qualitätsrichtlinie

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z. B. Diplom- oder Fachsozialbetreuer:in (BB, BA), Pädagog:in, Psycholog:in, DGKP, Pflege(fach)assistent:in, Soziale Arbeit (BA), Kolleg für Sozialpädagogik)

* Abgeschlossenes Ausbildungsmodul "Unterstützung bei der Basisversorgung" oder Bereitschaft zur Aufschulung

* Engagement, Achtsamkeit und Wertschätzung in der Betreuung von Menschen

* Selbstorganisation und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

* Teamfähigkeit und Selbstreflexion

Die Stelle als Betreuer:in beinhaltet sinnstiftende Tätigkeiten in einem Unternehmen mit sozialer Verantwortung - sowohl unserer Gesellschaft, als auch unseren Mitarbeiter:innen gegenüber. Daher sind bei alpha nova regelmäßige Teamsitzungen, Supervisionen und Weiterbildung Standard.

Das Bruttogehalt nach SWÖ-KV (VWG 6) beträgt auf Vollzeitbasis (37 Wochenstunden) je nach Vordienstzeiten zwischen € 2.867,20 und € 3.294,10 plus ggf. Pflegezuschuss 2026 in der Höhe von monatlich € 135,50.

Nach dreijähriger Betriebszugehörigkeit und entsprechender Qualifikation erfolgt die Aufstufung in die VWG 7.
