Dein Monatsgehalt (14 Mal) richtet sich nach deiner Ausbildung im Sozialbereich.

Ohne Ausbildung beträgt dies laut SWÖ-Kollektivvertrag, für 37 Stunden pro Woche, 2.494,30-2.739,80 Euro brutto und je nach Berufserfahrung 2.676,40- 3.016,40 Euro brutto, dazu kommt eine SEG-Zulage.

Deine Aufgaben

Du begleitest Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung mit all ihren Fähigkeiten und Träumen und unterstützt sie bei der Selbstermächtigung und Selbstbestimmung, sowie bei alltäglichen Pflegetätigkeiten.

Du gestaltest in dieser abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit den Wohnalltag unserer Bewohner:innen und unterstützt sie bei der Basisversorgung (Körperpflege, Essen, Hygiene, Gesundheitsvorsorge).

Als Springer:in vertrittst du deine Teammitglieder, vor allem auch zu Haupturlaubszeiten.

Deine Kompetenzen

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung Pflegeassistenz oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung Heimhilfe, Bereitschaft diese Nachzuholen

* zeitliche Flexibilität (spontanes Einspringen wird finanziell abgegolten)

* Verlässlichkeit, Neugierde und die Bereitschaft Neues zu lernen

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und ein offenes Aufeinander zugehen

* du liebst es den Tag gemeinsam mit unseren Bewohnern aktiv zu erleben
