Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Bischofshofen suchen wir: 1 Betriebselektriker_in (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben - verantwortungsvoll & vielseitig:

* Du bist zuständig für die Wartung und technische Instandhaltung unserer elektromechanischen Produktionsanlagen.

* Du analysierst technische Störungen und behebst Fehler schnell und zuverlässig.

* Du übernimmst Funktions- und Sicherheitsprüfungen an unseren Anlagen.

* Du setzt Optimierungsmaßnahmen eigenständig und proaktiv um.

* Du arbeitest kontinuierlich daran, die Effizienz unserer Produktionsanlagen zu verbessern.

* Du bringst dich aktiv in die Umsetzung technischer Projekte ein.

* Du unterstützt bei der Einführung neuer Maschinen und Anlagen.

* Du arbeitest eng mit der Produktion und externen Dienstleistern zusammen.

* Du überwachst Ersatzteilbestände und unterstützt bei der Beschaffung.

Was du mitbringst:

* Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL o.ä.) in einem der genannten Bereiche: Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Elektrobetriebstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung

* Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

* Ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse zum Führen der Auftragslisten

Unsere attraktiven Entlohnungsangebote orientieren sich an der aktuellen Marktvergütung und liegen daher je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung über der kollektivvertraglichen Mindestentlohnung, die laut Kollektivvertrag (Glasbe- und Verarbeitung 2026) bei monatlich € 2.793,08 brutto beginnt.

Für diese Position liegt der Jahresbruttolohn auf Vollzeitbasis (38 h/Woche) bei mindestens € 42.000, wobei in Abhängigkeit von der Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung besteht. Die tatsächliche Entlohnung wird gemeinsam im Zuge des Bewerbungsprozesses individuell gestaltet.
