Ihre Aufgaben:

- Operative Führung des Betriebes mit ca. 60 Mitarbeitern

- Laufende Prozessoptimierungen

- Gewährleistung und Einhaltung von gesetzlichen und internen Richtlinien

- Begleitung und Unterstützung bei Audits und Zertifizierungen

- Vertretung der Unternehmensinteressen gegenüber Behörden und Institutionen

Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossene einschlägige Berufsausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich

- Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in einem Lebensmittel produzierenden Unternehmen

ist erwünscht

- Projekt- und Prozessmanagementerfahrung

- Ausgeprägte kommunikative, organisatorische und soziale Kompetenz

- Souveränes Auftreten, gute Umgangsformen und Teamplayer-Qualitäten

- Innovationsgeist, Hands-on Mentalität gepaart mit Hausverstand
