Werk je graag actief mee in een productieomgeving en hou je ervan om ervoor te zorgen dat alles vlot blijft draaien? Voor een gerenommeerde linnenweverij in Meulebeke zoeken we een Bevoorrader Wever die een belangrijke schakel vormt binnen het weefproces.

Als bevoorrader zorg je ervoor dat de weefmachines steeds tijdig voorzien zijn van de juiste inslaggarens. Je brengt bobijnen aan op de garenrekken, voert materialen aan en zorgt ervoor dat afgewerkte geweven stukken correct worden afgevoerd. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen de getouwen zonder onderbrekingen blijven produceren.

Heb je deze functie onder de knie? Dan groei je stap voor stap door naar Bevoorrader Wever. Samen met de wever vorm je een sterk team en help je eenvoudige storingen of draadbreuken snel oplossen. Zo draag je actief bij aan een vlotte productie en een hoge kwaliteit van het eindproduct.

Je werkt in een tweeploegenstelsel:

  • Vroege ploeg: 5u00 tot 13u00
  • Late ploeg: 13u00 tot 21u00
  • Je neemt initiatief en ziet werk zonder dat iemand je voortdurend moet aansturen.
  • Je werkt ordelijk, nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Je beschikt over een goed kleurenzicht.
  • Je hebt geen stofallergie.
  • Je bent fysiek in staat om actief werk uit te voeren.
  • Je hebt voldoende fijne motoriek om draadbreuken zorgvuldig te herstellen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Ervaring in textiel is een pluspunt, maar jouw motivatie en leergierigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
