Wil jij bij een dynamisch en betrouwbaar transportbedrijf werken dat elke dag klaarstaat om goederen efficiënt en veilig van A naar B te brengen?

Om onze groei verder te ondersteunen, zoeken wij een gedreven Bevrachter die ons team komt versterken.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Organiseren en plannen van transporten op basis van klantbehoeften en beschikbare capaciteit.
  • Opstellen van laad- en losplanningen en opvolgen van de uitvoering.
  • Onderhandelen van vrachtprijzen met transporteurs, rederijen en andere logistieke partners.
  • Opstellen, controleren en opvolgen van chartercontracten, vervoersdocumenten en commerciële afspraken.
  • Dagelijkse monitoring van lopende transporten en tijdige communicatie over afwijkingen.
  • Verzorgen van correcte administratieve afhandeling (documentatie, douanedocumenten, laad-/losinstructies…).
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten inzake planning, statusupdates en problemen.
  • Adviseren van klanten over de beste transportoplossingen, routes en mogelijkheden.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties met klanten en partners.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van transportproblemen (vertragingen, schade, capaciteitsissues)
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Engels, dit zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Ervaring in bevrachting of het regelen van externe transporten.
  • Je hebt een eigen netwerk van onderaannemers opgebouwd
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Sterk probleem oplossend vermogen
