Als Woonconsulent speel je een cruciale rol bij de renovatie van woningbouwprojecten in Friesland, Groningen en Drenthe. Gedurende het hele proces ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en zorg je voor effectieve communicatie, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Samen met de projectleider voer je huisbezoeken uit ook werk je nauw samen met de werkvoorbereiding. Je stelt informatieve nieuwsbrieven en brochures op voor bewoners op basis van de beschikbare informatie. Na voltooiing van het project ben je verantwoordelijk voor de oplevering en de evaluatie ervan. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Een succesvol afgeronde MBO- of HBO-opleiding in Bouwkunde of aantoonbare bouwkundige kennis opgedaan door werkervaring; - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als woonconsulent; - Een proactieve en klantgerichte instelling; - Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden; - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden; - Vermogen om beslissingen te nemen en oplossingsgericht te denken.
