Die SB Real GmbH sorgt für einen reibungslosen Urlaub, von der ersten Buchungsanfrage bis zum letzten Blick aufs frisch bezogene Bett, bevor der Gast das Zimmer betritt. Wir betreuen und managen mehrere Hotelbetriebe zentral: Reservierungen, Gästekommunikation und Qualitätssicherung, alles aus einer Hand mit kurzen Wegen und viel Liebe zum Detail.

Bei uns zählt nicht der Titel auf der Visitenkarte, sondern der Einsatz im Alltag. Wir sind ein bodenständiges, familiäres Team, das sich aufeinander verlassen kann und genau das suchen wir auch in neuen Kolleginnen und Kollegen. 1 Bezeichnung: Zentrale Rezeption & Objektbetreuung (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

* Reservierungen & Gästekorrespondenz: Bearbeitung von Buchungsanfragen für 5 Hotels, Erstellung von Angeboten und Reservierungen, Gästekorrespondenz, Kontrolle von An- und Abreisen & Online-Check-Ins

* Buchungsplattformen & Preise: Betreuung der Buchungsplattformen, Mitarbeit bei der Preisgestaltung, Pflege von Verfügbarkeiten

* Qualitätskontrolle: Kontrolle der Reinigungsqualität in den Hotels, frühes Erkennen und Beheben von Mängeln in Abstimmung mit Hausmeistern und Housekeeping, professionelle Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten der Gäste

Das bringen Sie mit:

Sie merken es, wenn ein Handtuch nicht ordentlich gefaltet ist? Sie lächeln auch beim fünften "Wie war noch das WLAN-Passwort?" Und einen Plan B haben Sie meist schon in der Tasche, bevor Plan A überhaupt schiefgeht? Klingt das nach Ihnen? Dann sollten wir uns kennenlernen! Das bringen Sie außerdem noch mit:

* gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Erfahrung im Tourismus von Vorteil

* Freundliches, service- und lösungsorientiertes Auftreten

* Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Freude an dynamischem Arbeitsalltag mit Eigenverantwortung

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

* Führerschein Klasse B (für Dienste in all unseren Hotels)
