Solliciteren Over de functie Als BI Specialist ben jij de spil tussen de business en het dataplatform. Het fundament staat al: een modern Databricks platform dat centraal binnen de groep wordt beheerd. De data engineering ligt daar, zodat jij je volledig kunt richten op datamodellen, rapportages en de business. Vandaag de dag geeft elke business unit nog een eigen antwoord op de vraag wat de omzet is. Jij verandert dat. Je gaat met de business aan tafel, stelt eenduidige definities vast en vertaalt die naar semantische modellen en dashboards waar de directie op stuurt. Je bent de eerste BI'er in dienst en daarmee echt de inhoudelijke lead. Je werkt direct samen met de CFO, de Business Controller en de Supply Chain Manager. Daarnaast spar je met een ervaren senior BI architect en neem je key users binnen de afdelingen mee, bijvoorbeeld door ze zelf een BI training te geven. Je krijgt de ruimte om dingen anders te doen en te verbeteren. Je legt hier paden waar nog geen paden zijn. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Informatiebehoeften ophalen bij de business en vertalen naar duurzame BI oplossingen - Eenduidige definities en businessregels vaststellen met proceseigenaren - Ontwikkelen van business ready datasets in de gold laag met SQL - Ontwerpen en onderhouden van semantische modellen met facts, dimensions en measures - Bouwen van dashboards in Power BI voor verschillende doelgroepen - Opzetten van validaties en bewaken van datakwaliteit - Key users begeleiden en functioneel aansturen binnen de verschillende domeinen - Signaleren van verbeteringen in data en processen Over de organisatie Deze organisatie ontwerpt en ontwikkelt...
