Als BI-expert volg je het volledige traject van data op. Je luistert naar de noden van onze interne teams en vertaalt deze naar praktische, betrouwbare en performante data-oplossingen.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd:

  • Je gaat in gesprek met collega's en stakeholders om hun informatie- en rapporteringsbehoeften goed te begrijpen.
  • Je vertaalt businessvragen naar concrete data-oplossingen.
  • Je verzamelt en integreert data uit verschillende interne en externe bronnen.
  • Je bouwt en onderhoudt datapipelines en zorgt ervoor dat data correct en tijdig beschikbaar is.
  • Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert datamodellen en datawarehouses.
  • Je bouwt en onderhoudt rapporteringen en dashboards in Power BI.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en performantie van onze data en datasets.
  • Je analyseert bestaande dashboards, rapporteringen en processen en ziet waar verbeteringen mogelijk zijn.
  • Je werkt mee aan de verdere uitbouw van ons moderne dataplatform in Microsoft Fabric.
  • Je ondersteunt eindgebruikers en helpt collega's om data en rapporteringen optimaal te gebruiken.
  • Je denkt actief mee over nieuwe toepassingen, technologieën en manieren om onze organisatie nog meer datagedreven te maken.

Je werkt dus niet alleen met data, maar denkt ook mee over hoe data binnen AGO Jobs & HR optimaal kan worden ingezet.

We zoeken geen puur technische specialist, maar iemand die technologie kan combineren met een goed begrip van de business.

Je hebt:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een IT-, data-, economische of andere relevante richting, of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
  • Een goede kennis van SQL.
  • Ervaring met Power BI en datamodellering.
  • Kennis van ETL/ELT, datawarehousing en/of datapipelines.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Fabric is een pluspunt. Nog geen ervaring met Fabric, maar wel sterk geïnteresseerd in moderne dataplatformen? Ook dan horen we graag van jou.
  • Kennis van Python, PySpark, Azure of CI/CD is mooi meegenomen.
  • Een analytische en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Het vermogen om complexe technische materie begrijpelijk uit te leggen aan collega's en stakeholders.
  • Een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige manier van werken.
  • Een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin: je neemt ownership en volgt je projecten van A tot Z op.
  • Een proactieve ingesteldheid: je wacht niet af, maar denkt mee en gaat actief op zoek naar oplossingen.
  • Een vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels.
