Als BI Lead/Senior BI Consultant ben je de inhoudelijke en commerciële schakel tussen het BI-team, sales en de klant. Je vertaalt klantvraagstukken naar technische kansen, denkt mee over projectstructuur en roadmaps en zorgt dat BI-oplossingen aansluiten op de bredere organisatie en propositie. De rol is voornamelijk hoogover, je houdt overzicht over projecten, klantrelaties en de technische richting, waarbij je ongeveer 20% van je tijd hands-on bezig bent met BI-vraagstukken. Veel van je klanten zijn actief binnen de financiële sector. Affiniteit met finance is daarom mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Met jouw ervaring in BI-consultancy en datamodellering help je klanten én het team verder. Je komt terecht in een klein, hecht BI-team dat nauw samenwerkt met het SAP-team en bestaat uit ervaren en medior BI-professionals. Als lead ben je de spin in het web, je verbindt consultants, klanten en sales en zorgt dat klantvragen en commerciële kansen goed bij het team landen. Je hebt een belangrijke rol in het verder uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties, het signaleren van nieuwe kansen en het bewaken van de samenhang binnen projecten. Daarbij werk je samen met organisaties zoals ASML, ASICS en Heijmans en krijg je veel ruimte om jouw ervaring en visie in te zetten.
