Das erwartet Sie: verfolgt wird eine fokussierte Strategie auf eine einheitliche Gruppenlösung für Finance und Controlling einzuführen. Als Business Process Owner (BPO) für BW/Reporting sind Sie der/die zentrale Entscheidungsträger/-in für alle Reporting-Tools und Prozesse in der Gruppe.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben: Aufbau, Führung und Organisation eines Plattform Boards (Entscheidungsgremium für Anforderungen) Aktive Kommunikation mit Ihren Kunden, den Fachabteilungen Regelmäßige Meetings mit allen Stakeholdern in Österreich und international Optimierung der Applikation für einen effizienten und effektiven Geschäftsprozess Prozessdokumentation Solution Design Umsetzungsverantwortung für Anforderungen Fachliche Anleitung des Solution Teams Priorisierung und Qualitätssicherung Sie haben den fachlichen Lead für Reporting-Lösungen und arbeiten eng mit Ihren BPO-Kollegen für FI und CO zusammen. Sie sind der zentrale Ansprechpartner für die Fachabteilungen und bilden das Bindeglied zwischen Business und IT. Sie wirken bei Projekten, wie z.B. dem Roll-out oder der Einführung neuer Module, aktiv als Solution Architekt mit. Wir erwarten uns: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finance-/Controlling-Bereich mit SAP Systemen Profunde Kenntnisse über Design und Implementierung von Reporting-Lösungen in Finance / Controlling zB Embedded Analytics, SAP BW, SEM-BCS, idealerweise in der Versicherungswirtschaft Erfahrung sind von Vorteil Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit sowie pro-aktive, positive Herangehensweise Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Lösungsorientierung Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Und Sie sind: Kundenorientiert: Sie sichern langfristige Kundenbeziehungen Verhandlungsstark: Sie sind diplomatisch geschickt im Lösen von Differenzen Aufmerksam: Sie greifen Meinungen anderer auf Handlungsorientiert: Sie packen Dinge an und nutzen Gelegenheiten Entscheidungsstark: Sie entscheiden mutig und rechtzeitig Fokussiert: Sie haben einen Blick fürs Wesentliche
