Dan is deze functie echt iets voor jou! Montfoort HBO ICT Wat ga je doen als HBO afgestudeerd en affiniteit met retail? Je zult nieuwe klanten verwelkomen en hiervoor het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn. Je zorgt voor alle voorbereidingen omtrent de implementatie van de software van onze partner. In deze functie administreer je orders in hun informatie systeem en check je of deze orders juist en volledig zijn. Wanneer je alle gegevens verzamelt hebt ga je intern in overleg om te kijken naar een opleverdatum en ga je kijken welke collega's jij kunt gaan inzetten voor deze opdracht. Daarnaast ga je in overleg met externe partijen over onder andere benodigde apparatuur. Naast alle werkzaamheden die je verricht voor nieuwe klanten is het ook jouw verantwoordelijkheid om meerwerk bij bestaande klanten in goede banen te leiden. Hierbij moet je onder andere denken aan een goede planning. Wanneer de implementatie is uitgevoerd hou jij het contact met de klant over de oplevering en rapporteer je de KPI's van de implementatie. Na een aantal weken neem je contact op met de klant of alles naar wens is verlopen en communiceer je de verbeterpunten intern om het proces continu te verbeteren. Wat hebben we jou te bieden?
