Für die Zentrale in Wien (gut erreichbar mit der U3, dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt 1 (Bilanz-) Buchhalter_in (m/w/d) Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK/HAS)

* Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung sowie eine erfolgreich abgelegte Buchhalterprüfung oder eine vergleichbare Aus- und Weiterbildung (von Vorteil)

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltungsvorbereitung oder Finanzbuchhaltung

* Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office, vor allem Excel

* Hervorragendes Zahlenverständnis

* Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Zielorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft, Hands-on Mentalität

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Vorbereitung und Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung

* Anlagenbuchhaltung

* Debitoren- und Kreditorenmanagement inkl. Mahnwesen

* Erstellung von individuellen Ausgangsrechnungen

* Fristgerechte Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse sowie der Steuererklärungen

* Erstellung regelmäßiger Auswertungen sowie Reportings

* Ansprechperson und Schnittstelle für Behörden und Stakeholdern

* Stammdatenpflege und allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Bereich Rechnungswesen
