Die Firma ASE Services Süd GmbH ist ein eigentümergeführtes Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit Hauptsitz in Feldkirchen bei Graz und betreut derzeit rund 500 Liegenschaften von Leibnitz über Graz bis nach Wien. Die ASE Services Nord GmbH betreut derzeit rund 20 Objekte in ganz Oberösterreich. Aktuell sind in unserem Unternehmen rund 130 engagierte Mitarbeiter/innen beschäftigt.

Wir suchen 1 Bilanzbuchhalter_in

Beschäftigungsausmaß: Vollzeit

Dienstort: Graz-Umgebung

DEINE AUFGABENSCHWERPUNKTE:

* Selbständige Durchführung der Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Bankbuchhaltung verschiedener Gesellschaften

* Abstimmung und Klärung von Sach-, Debitoren- und Kreditorenkonten

* Bildung und Bewertung von Rückstellungen, Durchführung von Abgrenzungen und Bewertungen

* Überwachung und Pflege des Anlagevermögens

* Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und weiteren steuerlichen Meldungen

* Erstellung von Saldenlisten und Monatsauswertungen

* Bildung der Rohbilanz für Jahresabschlüsse

* Mitwirkung bei Betriebsprüfungen und Zusammenarbeit mit der Steuerberatung

* Analyse von Bilanz- und GuV-Positionen

* Korrespondenz mit externen Stakeholdern wie Behörden, Banken, Lieferanten etc.

* Mitarbeit im Berichtswesen sowie Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von internen Prozessen

DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische/wirtschaftliche Ausbildung

* Ausbildung Bilanzbuchhaltung mit abgeschlossener Prüfung

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Bilanzbuchhaltung

* Sehr gute BMD NTCS Kenntnisse und Praxis

* Gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse

* Lösungsorientierte, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Analytische Denkweise, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und absolute Teamfähigkeit
