The posting

In der EBNER Corporate Service Group in Leonding bei Linz bündeln wir unsere kaufmännischen Expertisen im Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Contract Management etc. und servicieren die Gesellschaften der EBNER Unternehmensgruppe national und/oder international.

Unser Business Accounting Team betreut dabei die österreichischen Gesellschaften wie die EBNER Industrieofenbau oder die Gautschi Engineering im Kreditoren- und Debitorenmanagement sowie in der Bilanzierung.

Ihre Expertise ist die Bilanzierung? 1 Bilanzbuchhalter_in AUFGABEN

* Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen, Bilanz und GuV nach UGB für die betreuten Gesellschaften, Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses sowie Betreuung von Wirtschaftsprüfungen bei Jahresabschlüssen

* Buchhalterische Abwicklungen auf Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit prüfen

* Erste Anlaufstelle für Geschäftsführungen, Fachabteilungen, Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen und Steuerberater:innen bei anspruchsvollen Bilanzierungs- und Buchhaltungsfragen

* Erstellung statistischer Meldungen (zB OeNB, Statistik Austria) und Unterstützung in der Abwicklung von Förderanträgen

* Aktive Mitwirkung an der beständigen Optimierung und weiteren Digitalisierung von Prozessen des Rechnungswesens

PROFIL

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bilanzbuchhaltung mit abgeschlossener Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung

* Sehr gute MS-Office (insbesondere Excel) und SAP-Kenntnisse

* Zahlenaffine Persönlichkeit mit analytischen Fähigkeiten

* Strukturierte sowie lösungsorientierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
