In Voll- oder Teilzeitanstellung im Ausmaß ab 20 Stunden/Woche bein einer 5 Tage/Woche

Unsere Vision ist eine Buchhaltung in Echtzeit, mit tagesaktuellen Zahlen und Reporting auf Knopfdruck. Dafür suchen wir eine erfahrene Person in der Buchhaltung, die Lust hat, nicht nur mitzulaufen, sondern aktiv um- und mitzugestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

* Du übernimmst die Kreditorenbuchhaltung für alle Gesellschaften der Gruppe und baust effiziente Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten.

* Du bist zentral bei der Migration auf unser neues Buchhaltungssystem eingebunden - von der Prozessanalyse bis zum Go-live.

* Du hilfst mit, automatisierte Belegverarbeitung, intelligente Abstimmungen und Workflows aufzubauen und zu implementieren.

* Du bereitest Monatsabschlüsse und Rückstellungen vor und unterstützt aktiv dabei Echtzeit-Zahlen und Reporting auf Knopfdruck zu erarbeiten.

* Du bist Ansprechperson für interne Fachbereiche und externe Partner.

Dein Profil

* Berufserfahrung im buchhalterischen Bereich.

* Neugier auf KI und Systeme - idealerweise hast du bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit KI-Tools oder Automatisierung im Rechnungswesen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK oder vergleichbar).

* Eigenverantwortung und Teamgeist

* Motivation und echte Lust auf Veränderung - "Das haben wir immer so gemacht" spornt dich so richtig an.
