Zaunergroup ist internationaler Partner für Engineering, Anlagenbau und Industrieservices in den Bereichen Energie, Industrie und Infrastruktur. Zur Verstärkung unseres Engineering- und Konstruktionsteams am Standort Wallern an der Trattnach suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als BIM-Coordinator/Konstrukteur:in im Anlagenbau/HKLS. In dieser Rolle koordinieren und konstruieren Sie Rohrleitungen, Stahlbau, sowie sämtliche HKLS Gewerke in einem BIM-Modell. 1 BIM-Coordinator Data Center Vollzeit Wallern an der Trattnach

Aufgaben

* Konstruktion und Planung von Rohrleitungen, Stahlbau, Lüftung, Heizung und Klima bei Datacenter Projekten

* Erstellung, Pflege und Koordination von 3D-Modellen im BIM-Umfeld

* Sicherstellung der Übereinstimmung von PID und Modell, sowie Berücksichtigung von Hersteller:innenangaben

* für Equipment (Pumpen, Regelarmaturen, Messungen, etc.)

* Erstellung von Rohrleitungsisometrien, sowie Werks- und Montageplänen

* Arbeit mit Autodesk Revit als zentrales Planungstool

* Koordination und Abstimmung von Fachmodellen mit internen Teams und externen Partner:innen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von BIM-Richtlinien und Modellierungsstandards

* Durchführung von Modellprüfungen sowie Kollisionskontrollen

* Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung digitaler Planungsprozesse im Unternehmen

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH oder Universität) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Anlagenbau, Gebäudetechnik oder Vergleichbares

* Erfahrung im Bereich Konstruktion oder Planung im Anlagenbau

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Autodesk Revit

* Erfahrung mit BIM-Prozessen und digitalen Planungsmethoden

* Sicherer Umgang mit CAD- und Modellierungssoftware

* Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* dementsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt im attraktiven KV Metallgewerbe bei monatlich brutto € 2.918,14 liegt. Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt innerhalb einer Bandbreite von monatlich brutto € 3.500 und € 4.300, ist abhängig von Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation und wird gemeinsam mit Ihnen festgelegt.
