Als BIM manager ben je bezig om onze organisatie en haar divisie Bouw verder te brengen op het gebied van BIM & digitaal bouwen. Je trekt samen met de Manager Digitaal Bouwen op om de BIM roadmap vorm te geven en te implementeren binnen onze Bouw divisie. Verder ondersteun je ook de projectteams bij het werken met BIM modellen, het digitaal klaarzetten van het tekenwerk en de modellen t.b.v. de uitvoering buiten op de bouw en begeleid je de projectteams bij pilots betreffende digitaal bouwen. KBK werkt met bekende BIM programmatuur zoals Solibri, Dalux en Revit. Spreekt deze vacature jou aan en ben jij een BIM manager die het een uitdaging vindt om zijn of haar toekomstige collega's te ondersteunen en verder te brengen op BIM gebied, dan is deze functie op jouw lijf geschreven. Jouw rol Als BIM Manager bij de divisie Bouw ben je de drijvende kracht achter de digitale transformatie van onze bouwprocessen. Je vertaalt de BIM-roadmap naar concrete, werkbare oplossingen voor projectteams en zorgt dat digitaal bouwen een vast onderdeel wordt van de dagelijkse praktijk binnen de divisie Bouw. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategie en uitvoering: van het opstellen van BIM-protocollen en het beheren van modellen tot het trainen en begeleiden van collega's op de bouwplaats.
