40 minuten geleden Wij zijn op zoek naar een BIM-manager/technisch ontwerper die meewerkt aan uitdagende ontwerpopgaven en de realisatie van projecten. Als ambitieus architectenbureau zetten wij architectuur in voor een duurzame toekomst. Vanuit een mensgerichte en klimaatgedreven ontwerpvisie werken wij aan woningbouw, stedelijke ontwikkelingen en utilitaire projecten waarin circulariteit, natuurinclusiviteit, houtbouw en CO2-reductie centraal staan. Met onze eigen Climate Design Tracks vertalen we duurzaamheidsambities naar concrete, meetbare ontwerpkeuzes en creëren we gezonde, toekomstbestendige leefomgevingen voor mens én planeet. Wij werken aan uiteenlopende uitdagende projecten in multidisciplinaire teams, in alle fasen van het ontwerp- en bouwproces. Met jouw BIM- en bouwkundige kennis en ervaring lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de architectonische en technische ontwikkeling van onze ontwerpen. Je krijgt de kans om vernieuwende ideeën te ontwikkelen en toe te passen in de praktijk. Deze functie bestaat voor ongeveer 50% uit BIM-management en 50% uit technisch ontwerpwerk. Rol en verantwoordelijkheden Wij zoeken een proactieve en bouwtechnisch onderlegde BIM-manager die onze digitale ontwerp- en uitwerkingsprocessen naar een hoger niveau tilt. Je opereert op het snijvlak van ontwerp, techniek en proces en speelt een sleutelrol in het structureren en verbeteren van onze BIM-omgeving. Je fungeert daarbij als interne aanjager van innovatie: je volgt ontwikkelingen op het gebied van BIM, automatisering en AI en vertaalt deze naar concrete toepassingen binnen het bureau. Deze rol is hybride: naast je rol als BIM-manager werk je actief mee aan projecten als technisch ontwerper. Je modelleert, denkt mee in de uitwerking en ziet direct het resultaat van je werk in gerealiseerde projecten.
