We bieden consultancydiensten aan onze toonaangevende klanten in diverse servicegebieden zoals: - Technology & Engineering - Energy & Renewables - Life sciences & Pharma - Digital & IT Als BIM Modelleur bij onze opdrachtgever ben jij de digitale schakel tussen ontwerp en uitvoering. Je herontwerpt bestaande middenspanningsstations van 3D scan en pointcloud tot volledig gegenereerd bouwkundig model en ombouwtekeningen. Je werkt met geavanceerde tools zoals Revit, Dynamo en Autodesk Recap, en draagt actief bij aan de doorontwikkeling van processen en tooling. Daarnaast begeleid je een junior BIM modelleur in zijn of haar groei. - Je laadt pointclouds in en zet deze om naar een betrouwbaar 3D Revit-model (digital twin) conform BIM-protocollen. - Je genereert geautomatiseerde herontwerpen via de Dynamo tool en voert handmatige aanpassingen door na ontwerpreview. - Je genereert en controleert technische documentatie zoals 2D ombouwtekeningen en materiaallijsten. - Je signaleert modelafwijkingen via BCF en draagt bij aan continue verbetering van tools en processen. - Je beheert en ontwikkelt de Dynamo tool en 3D componentenbibliotheek verder door. - Je begeleidt en coacht een junior BIM modelleur in diens dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Wat we van jou verwachten - Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in een technische richting, bij voorkeur elektrotechniek of bouwkunde. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als BIM modelleur en sterke kennis van Autodesk Revit. - Ervaring met Autodesk Recap, pointcloudverwerking en Dynamo (bij voorkeur inclusief Python). - Kennis van BIM-standaarden zoals ...
