Bij Geonius geloven we dat een BIM-model meer is dan een mooie 3D-weergave. Het is de digitale basis waarop ontwerpers, aannemers en opdrachtgevers betere beslissingen nemen. Daarom zoeken we een BIM Modelleur Gebouwtechnieken die technische kennis combineert met digitale skills.

Jouw rol

Als BIM Modelleur MEP werk je mee aan uitdagende bouw- en infrastructuurprojecten. Je vertaalt technische ontwerpen naar slimme digitale modellen en zorgt ervoor dat informatie correct beschikbaar is voor ontwerp, uitvoering en beheer.

Je taken:

  • Je modelleert gebouwtechnieken zoals HVAC, sanitair, afvoer, sprinkler- en technische installaties in Revit
  • Je zet BIM-modellen op vanaf schets, ontwerpdocumentatie, puntenwolken of bestaande informatie
  • Je werkt volgens BIM-afspraken, BIM-protocollen en projectspecifieke richtlijnen
  • Je zorgt voor correcte modelopbouw, systemen, parameters en informatie
  • Je maakt en controleert IFC-exports zodat informatie betrouwbaar gedeeld kan worden
  • Je werkt samen met BIM-coördinatoren, projectleiders, ontwerpers en uitvoerende partijen
  • Je denkt actief mee over hoe processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen
  • Je blijft jezelf ontwikkelen binnen BIM, digitalisatie en gebouwtechnieken

Wat verwachten we van je?

We zoeken vooral iemand met technisch inzicht, nieuwsgierigheid en goesting om mee te bouwen aan de digitale toekomst van de bouwsector.

Je herkent jezelf hierin:

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond
  • Je hebt min. 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen gebouwtechnieken
  • Je begrijpt hoe technische installaties werken
  • Revit MEP voelt voor jou als een vertrouwde omgeving
  • Je hebt ervaring met het modelleren van HVAC, sanitair of elektrische installaties
  • Je denkt niet alleen in lijnen en objecten, maar begrijpt ook waarom iets gebouwd wordt
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je neemt initiatief en zoekt mee naar oplossingen
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B

Extra troeven:

  • Ervaring met Stabicad
  • Kennis van Dynamo of automatisatie binnen Revit
  • Ervaring met Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • Werken met BIMcollab, Solibri, Navisworks of andere IFC-viewers
  • Interesse in 3D-scanning, Scan to BIM of digitale twins
