The posting

Voor onze klant, actief in de civiele sector, zijn wij op zoek naar een BIM-Modelleur MEP die het ontwerpprogramma tot in de puntjes beheert en energie haalt uit het uitwerken van gedetailleerde 3D-modellen.

  • Je neemt een sleutelrol op in de verdere uitbouw van het Revit-team en fungeert als expert binnen jouw vakgebied
  • Je stelt technische dossiers samen en genereert vanuit het model snedes, aanzichten en grondplannen, of je optimaliseert bestaande modellen
  • In nauwe samenwerking met de projectleider werk je ontwerp- en uitvoeringsplannen uit die voldoen aan de geldende normen
  • Je draagt actief bij aan een efficiënte integratie en samenwerking tussen Revit en Civil 3D
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor-diploma in een relevante richting of beschikt over minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring
  • Je bent vertrouwd en ervaren met het modelleren van gebouwtechnieken zoals HVAC, sanitair, elektriciteit
  • Je hebt ervaring en voeling met MEP (technieken, HVAC). Bouw, infra en civiel is een surplus
  • Je hebt een stevige en praktische kennis van Autodesk Revit 3D, bij voorkeur opgebouwd over meerdere jaren
  • Je bent vertrouwd met tools zoals AutoCAD, Dynamo for Revit, Collaboration for Revit, IFC-export (Solibri, BIMCollab) en andere software binnen de AEC-collectie
  • Kennis van Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks, InfraWorks, Python, C++ of Grasshopper is een plus
  • Je bent bekend met Revit Standards en past deze correct toe
  • Je bent flexibel op het gebied van regio: je werkt zowel op één van de kantoren als rechtstreeks bij de klant
  • Je werkt efficiënt, zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband, en behoudt het overzicht over meerdere projecten
  • Je bent ambitieus, leergierig en streeft ernaar om uit te blinken in je vak
  • Je denkt proactief mee met de klant om tot de best mogelijke resultaten te komen
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht en het oog voor de wensen van de klant
  • Je behoudt het overzicht en weet tijdig het initiatief te nemen
