De Sint-Jozefskliniek is een dynamisch, regionaal ziekenhuis met een functionele binding met az groeninge, dat professionele kwaliteitsvolle zorg aanbiedt op mensenmaat. SJKI omvat 271 erkende bedden en 3 dagziekenhuizen. Meer dan 80 artsen en 600 personeelsleden staan in voor de zorg.

Wat ga je doen?

We zoeken een medewerker voor de dagelijkse werking van de bistro. Je werkt onder leiding van de keukenverantwoordelijke.

Als medewerker bistro sta je in voor:

  • Het bedienen van koude en warme bereidingen conform de richtlijnen.
  • Voor een beleefde en vlotte bediening en afruim, alsook voor een vlotte bediening van de kassa.
  • Basisbereidingen zoals broodjes beleggen, groenten versnijden, pannenkoeken bakken, grillen,...
  • Het onderhoud van apparatuur, materialen en keuken- en bistrolokalen.
  • Het voorraadbeheer zoals controle en stockeren van goederen, alsook de bevoorrading van alle buffetten.
  • Het respecteren van de HACCP normering in de keuken.
  • Een aantrekkelijke en aangename presentatie van buffetten en eetgerei in een sfeervolle verbruikerszaal.

Je zal ook sporadisch ingezet worden in de keuken.

  • Er wordt geen specifiek diploma vereist.
  • Ervaring in de horecasector of als medewerker cafetaria is een meerwaarde.
  • Kennis van HACCP normering is een meerwaarde.
  • Je kan zelfstandig je werk organiseren.
  • Je gaat goed om met stressvolle omstandigheden.
  • Je bent bereid om in een flexibel uurrooster te werken.
  • Je kan op een aangepaste manier met elke klant communiceren en hebt een luisterend oor.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en hygiëne.
  • Je werkt op een discrete manier.
