Voor een toonaangevend productiebedrijf in Houthalen, met meer dan 45 jaar ervaring in hoogwaardige verpakkingsoplossingen, zoeken we een blaasfolie-extrudeur. Het bedrijf ontwikkelt en produceert verpakkingen voor diverse sectoren, zoals draagtassen, groente- en fruitverpakkingen, verzendverpakkingen en industriële verpakkingen. Dankzij hun focus op kwaliteit en innovatie zijn ze uitgegroeid tot een gevestigde waarde in de sector.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het produceren van kwalitatieve kunststoffolies op onze extrusielijnen. Samen met je collega’s waak je over het productieproces en zorg je dat de machines optimaal draaien.

Taken: - Opstarten extrusiemachines, parameters instellen, opvolgen en bijregelen van producties - Voorraad grondstoffen en additieven opvolgen - Grondstoffen aanvullen en additieven klaarmaken voor productie (afwegen, doseren, mengen) - Registreren van productiegegevens - Controleren van dikte en afwerking van de folie - Technische storingen detecteren en oplossen - Ombouwen en reinigen van machines - Zorgen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer - Ondersteunen van collega’s van andere afdelingen

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit
  • Je functioneert goed in teamverband, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken
  • Je hebt een praktische ingesteldheid en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen
  • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en teamspirit

Opleiding: Ervaring als extrudeur binnen kunststofverwerking is een plus, technisch inzicht is een must
