The posting

Voor een Belgisch familiebedrijf met ruime historiek in de bouwsector zijn wij op zoek naar een Boekhouder (m/v/x) met een sterk analytisch vermogen.

Vandaag telt de groep zo'n 160 medewerkers, een omzet van ongeveer €70mio.

Functieomschrijving

Je neemt de volledige boekhouding van de groeimotor van de groep voor je rekening, samen met een reeks kleinere vennootschappen. Daarnaast bouw je mee aan de rapportering en data-analyse op groepsniveau.

  • Volledige boekhouding A-Z: verwerking van aan- en verkoopfacturen en banktransacties;
  • Opmaken en indienen van btw-aangiftes;
  • Ondersteuning bij audits, in nauwe samenwerking met externe accountants;
  • Financiële rapportering op groepsniveau, over verschillende entiteiten heen;
  • Opmaken, controleren en analyseren van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarrapportages;
  • Ondersteunen van budgetten en forecasts;
  • Ontwikkelen, automatiseren en onderhouden van rapporteringen in Power BI;
  • Beheer van bedrijfs- en masterdata, en structureren van data uit CRM, ERP en BI;
  • Identificeren van trends, afwijkingen en commerciële opportuniteiten;
  • Actief meewerken aan het verbeteren van interne processen en financiële workflows.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor of Master in een financiële of economische richting;
  • Minsten enige relevante ervaring in boekhouding, gecombineerd met een analytische ingesteldheid;
  • Grondige kennis van Excel; ervaring met Business Central en een eerste kennismaking met Power BI zijn een sterke plus;
  • Je merkt trends en afwijkingen in cijfers moeiteloos op, en durft daar ook iets mee te doen;
  • Proactief en hands-on: je denkt in oplossingen, niet enkel in vaststellingen;
  • Gestructureerd, nauwkeurig, met oog voor deadlines;
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, en je vindt je weg in het Frans en Engels;
  • Teamspeler, maar evengoed comfortabel om zelfstandig te werken in een dynamische, groeiende organisatie.
