Introductie

In het kader van de verdere ontwikkeling van de internationale activiteiten van één van onze klanten zijn wij op zoek naar een Boekhouder die de volledige boekhouding van meerdere entiteiten kan beheren binnen een internationale omgeving met verschillende vestigingen.

Heb je een stevige ervaring in A-Z boekhouding en voel je je thuis in een internationale werkomgeving? Begrijp je Nederlands en durf je jezelf ook in deze taal uit te drukken (gemiddeld niveau)? Dan maken wij graag kennis met jou!

Je maakt deel uit van een dynamisch finance team en speelt een actieve rol in het boekhoudkundige, fiscale en financiële beheer van de onderneming. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met diverse interne en externe stakeholders.

Wie zoeken we?

Jouw profiel :

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Boekhouding, Finance of een gelijkwaardige richting.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in algemene boekhouding van A tot Z.
  • Goede kennis van boekhoudkundige afsluitingen en financiële rapportering.
  • Ervaring binnen een internationale en/of multi-site omgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Goede kennis van het werken met kostenplaatsen.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem zoals: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) of SAP.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office, met een sterke focus op Excel.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands.

Functieomschrijving

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden :

  • Volledig beheer van de algemene boekhouding van A tot Z.
  • Inboeken en controleren van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen.
  • Beheer van bankverrichtingen en bankafstemmingen.
  • Opvolging van grootboekrekeningen en analytische boekhouding.
  • Uitvoeren van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Voorbereiden van btw-aangiftes en andere fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Meewerken aan de opmaak van de jaarrekening en ondersteuning bij audits.
  • Beheer van provisies, vaste activa en eindeperiodeboekingen.
  • Analyse en opvolging van kostenplaatsen.
  • Samenwerking met financiële teams van verschillende internationale vestigingen.
  • Bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van boekhoudkundige en financiële processen.
