The posting

Als boekhouder ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en overzichtelijke financiële administratie. Maar jouw rol gaat verder dan het verwerken van facturen.

Je houdt mee het overzicht over onze inkomsten en uitgaven en denkt actief mee na over de financiële opvolging van de organisatie. Je staat hierbij in nauw contact met het kernteam en de directie, zodat financiële inzichten tijdig kunnen worden besproken en opgevolgd.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen.
  • Verzorgen en opvolgen van de dagelijkse boekhouding.
  • Bewaken van inkomsten, uitgaven en financiële stromen.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van financiële rapporteringen.
  • Signaleren van belangrijke financiële evoluties, aandachtspunten en afwijkingen.
  • Meedenken over financiële optimalisaties en een gezonde financiële werking.
  • Fungeren als financieel aanspreekpunt voor het kernteam en de directie.
  • Ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding van budgetten en financiële planning.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Adsolut – dit is een vereiste.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig.
  • Je hebt een goed financieel inzicht en kijkt verder dan de cijfers alleen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en durft financiële aandachtspunten te bespreken met het kernteam en de directie.
  • Kennis en/of ervaring binnen de zorgsector is een grote meerwaarde.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een pluspunt.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt proactief mee met de organisatie.
  • Je bent discreet en hebt uiteraard oog voor de vertrouwelijkheid van financiële informatie.
