Hou je van cijfers, maar wil je tegelijk voldoende afwisseling in je werkdag? Als Boekhouder krijg je een brede functie waarin boekhouding, administratie en office management samenkomen.

Je werkt binnen een producent van landbouwmachines die actief is in België, Nederland en Frankrijk. Vanuit jouw rol zorg je ervoor dat de financiële administratie correct verloopt en neem je daarnaast verschillende organisatorische en administratieve taken op. Ideaal voor iemand die graag zelfstandig werkt en houdt van een gevarieerd takenpakket.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je maakt verkoopfacturen op en verwerkt aankoopfacturen correct in de boekhouding.
  • Je volgt openstaande betalingen op en verstuurt betalingsherinneringen naar klanten.
  • Je houdt administratieve overzichten up-to-date, waaronder de lijst met verkochte machines.
  • Je actualiseert prijslijsten en zorgt ervoor dat relevante gegevens correct verwerkt worden.
  • Je volgt verzekeringsdossiers administratief op.
  • Je helpt bij de praktische organisatie van beurzen en evenementen.
  • Je neemt algemene office managementtaken op, waaronder telefonisch onthaal en diverse administratieve werkzaamheden.
  • Je bewaakt mee de dagelijkse administratieve werking van het kantoor.
  • Je hebt een achtergrond binnen boekhouding, accountancy of finance.
  • Je beschikt over relevante werkervaring binnen een boekhoudkundige of administratief-financiële functie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kan zelfstandig prioriteiten bepalen.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een brede functie waarin cijfers en administratie gecombineerd worden.
  • Ervaring met Odoo is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
