Correcte cijfers vormen de basis voor elke goede financiële beslissing. Als boekhouder krijg je hier de ruimte om verder te gaan dan de dagelijkse verwerking: je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de boekhouding, neemt ownership over afsluitingen en wordt een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor de Finance Director.

Je komt terecht binnen een gevestigde productieomgeving in regio West-Vlaanderen, waar de financiële afdeling nauw verbonden is met de operationele activiteiten. Het finance team is bewust compact georganiseerd, waardoor de lijnen kort zijn en jouw werk rechtstreeks zichtbaar is binnen de organisatie.

De functie combineert een brede A-Z boekhouding met verantwoordelijkheid over afsluitingen en rapportering. Dankzij je ervaring neem je complexere financiële dossiers zelfstandig vast en groei je uit tot een inhoudelijke rechterhand van de Finance Director.

Boekhouder - Functieomschrijving:

  • A-Y (Z) boekhouding: Je volgt de boekhouding van A tot Z op en zorgt ervoor dat financiële verrichtingen volledig, correct en tijdig verwerkt worden, waarbij je kritisch waakt over de kwaliteit van de cijfers.
  • Afsluitingen en rapportering: Je neemt een belangrijke rol op tijdens de periodieke afsluitingen en jaarafsluiting, voert de nodige controles uit en levert betrouwbare financiële informatie aan de Finance Director.
  • Financiële kwaliteit: Je analyseert afwijkingen, detecteert fouten en neemt initiatief om de betrouwbaarheid van de boekhouding en de onderliggende financiële processen structureel te verbeteren.

Boekhouder - Profiel:

  • Ervaring in A-Y of A-Z accounting: Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen boekhouding en beschikt over voldoende kennis om verschillende boekhoudkundige processen en dossiers zelfstandig van A tot Z te beheren.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en ownership: Je kijkt kritisch naar cijfers, merkt afwijkingen tijdig op en neemt verantwoordelijkheid om dossiers correct en kwalitatief af te werken.
  • Analytische ingesteldheid: Je beperkt je niet tot het verwerken van cijfers, maar wil begrijpen wat erachter zit en gebruikt je financiële inzicht om de Finance Director inhoudelijk te ondersteunen.
