The posting

Van het verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande facturen en betalingen tot het opvolgen van financiële dagboeken en de facturatie naar bewoners en andere partijen: jij houdt de cijfers mee op orde. Ook de maandelijkse afsluitingen, de balans- en resultatenrekening en de voorbereiding van de jaarrekening behoren tot je takenpakket. Je ondersteunt daarnaast bij financiële analyses en rapporteringen en beantwoordt met plezier vragen van collega's. Als lid van het administratieve team neem je mee de permanentie van het onthaal op.

Je krijgt de ruimte om je eigen werk te organiseren en vooruit te plannen. Zo bewaak je mee de deadlines doorheen de dag, maand en het jaar en zorg je ervoor dat alles op het juiste moment in orde is. Geen functie waarin je alleen maar cijfers verwerkt dus, maar een rol waarin je mee het financiële overzicht bewaart en een belangrijke schakel bent binnen onze organisatie.

Vanuit jouw werkervaring en/of opleiding in de boekhouding weet je snel jouw weg te vinden in de financiële werking van onze woonzorgcentra. Als je daarbij al kennis hebt opgedaan van het boekhoudprogramma Exact is dit een sterke troef, al zijn een grote leergierigheid en zin om bij te leren minstens even belangrijk.

Gestructureerd en punctueel werken zit in je natuur. Je houdt zonder problemen het overzicht, denkt oplossingsgericht en houdt ervan om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Tegelijk ben je een toegankelijke collega die vlot communiceert en graag samenwerkt. Je voelt je dan ook gemakkelijk thuis op onze beide campussen en staat ervoor open om je in de toekomst ook te verplaatsen naar woonzorgcentra in de regio waar we mee samenwerken.
