The posting

Voor een stabiele en financieel gezonde familiale onderneming actief in de bouwsector in Oud-Heverlee zijn wij op zoek naar een Boekhouder / Administratief Financieel Medewerker.

Omwille van een nakend pensioen van een ervaren collega zijn we op zoek naar iemand die geleidelijk de verantwoordelijkheden kan overnemen. Je komt terecht in een sleutelpositie binnen het bedrijf en werkt nauw samen met de zaakvoerder. Uiteraard sta je er niet alleen voor: je krijgt de ondersteuning van een administratief medewerker en een grondige overdracht, zodat je stap voor stap in de functie kunt groeien.

Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin boekhouding, administratie en financiële ondersteuning centraal staan.

Je bent onder meer verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Verwerken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen.
  • Opvolgen van de dagelijkse boekhouding.
  • Voorbereiden van de maandafsluitingen in samenwerking met het externe boekhoudkantoor.
  • Opstellen van financiële analyses en rapporteringen.
  • Ondersteunen bij kostprijsberekeningen en calculaties van projecten.
  • Administratieve opvolging van verkopen en notariële aktes.
  • Opvolgen van betalingen en diverse administratieve dossiers.
  • Meedenken over de optimalisatie van administratieve en financiële processen.
  • Fungeren als rechterhand van de zaakvoerder voor uiteenlopende administratieve en financiële vraagstukken.

Je voelt je thuis in een familiale KMO waar verantwoordelijkheid, betrokkenheid en initiatief gewaardeerd worden.

Daarnaast beschik je bij voorkeur over:

  • Een opleiding binnen boekhouding, accountancy of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen een boekhoudkundige of administratief-financiële functie.
  • Een analytische en nauwkeurige manier van werken.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en een brede interesse in administratie en finance.
  • De bereidheid om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en mee te groeien met de organisatie.
  • Een flexibele ingesteldheid. We zoeken geen uitgesproken 9-tot-5-mentaliteit, maar bieden die flexibiliteit uiteraard ook zelf terug.
