The posting

Het boekhoudkantoor in Brugge werd opgericht in 2010 en is doorheen de jaren geleidelijk gegroeid. Vandaag biedt het kantoor plaats aan ongeveer 30 medewerkers, met nog voldoende marge voor verdere groei. Het is een ruim kantoor waar een aangename en collegiale sfeer centraal staat. Er wordt sterk ingezet op teamspirit, toegankelijkheid en elkaar ondersteunen.

Als relatief klein kantoor is er niet altijd een strikte structuur aanwezig. Dit zorgt er wel voor dat medewerkers veel zelfstandigheid krijgen en rechtstreeks met elkaar kunnen communiceren. De dossierbeheerders staan bovendien zelf in voor de klantenbesprekingen.

Takenpakket

Binnen het kantoor krijgen medewerkers de mogelijkheid om dossiers van A tot Z te behandelen. Het takenpakket is daardoor gevarieerd en biedt medewerkers de kans om verschillende aspecten van de boekhouding te leren kennen.

Nieuwe medewerkers worden bij hun opstart begeleid door een peter- of metersysteem. Zij kunnen bij hun peter of meter terecht voor praktische vragen en ondersteuning tijdens hun inwerkperiode.

De medewerkers staan onder andere zelf in voor de opvolging van hun dossiers en klantencontacten. Klantenbesprekingen worden rechtstreeks door de dossierbeheerders gevoerd, waardoor zij een grote mate van verantwoordelijkheid en zelfstandigheid krijgen.

Het kantoor is op zoek naar medewerkers die zelfstandig, leergierig en toegankelijk zijn. Omdat medewerkers hun dossiers van A tot Z opvolgen, is het belangrijk dat ze verantwoordelijkheid durven opnemen.

Daarnaast wordt veel belang gehecht aan teamwork. Collega's helpen en ondersteunen elkaar wanneer nodig. Een goede teamgeest en een collegiale ingesteldheid zijn dan ook belangrijke eigenschappen.
