Voor onze klant zijn wij op zoek naar een Dossierbeheerder (m/v/x)

Van de frituur in de straat tot de slager om de hoek en de kinesist aan de rand van de stad: onze klanten zijn de drijvende kracht achter de lokale economie. Als dossierbeheerder zorg jij ervoor dat zij zich geen zorgen hoeven te maken over hun boekhouding en fiscale verplichtingen.

Je komt terecht in een klein, hecht team van vijf collega’s, waar persoonlijke betrokkenheid en een familiale sfeer centraal staan. Samen ontzorgen we vennootschappen en eenmanszaken van hun administratieve taken.

Wat ga jij doen?

Als dossierbeheerder ben jij de vertrouwenspersoon voor onze klanten en beheer je hun dossiers van A tot Z:

  • Boekhoudkundige gegevens verwerken op een efficiënte en nauwkeurige manier.
  • Aangiften voorbereiden voor btw, personenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting.
  • Tussentijdse resultaten, balansen en jaarrekeningen opstellen.
  • Proactief advies geven aan klanten en hen begeleiden in de complexe wereld van debiteuren, activa/passiva en auditfiles.
  • Mogelijkheden en knelpunten signaleren bij klanten nog vóór ze er zelf naar vragen.
  • De familiale sfeer van ons kantoor uitstralen naar klanten en hen met raad en daad bijstaan.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding in Bedrijfsadministratie, Accountancy of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Ervaring is geen vereiste, motivatie en leergierigheid wel!
  • Je hebt basiskennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving, zoals belastingwetten.
  • Je werkt accuraat, analytisch en zelfstandig.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte houding.
