Binnen een moderne zorgomgeving werk je mee aan een financieel-administratieve dienst waar nauwkeurigheid, samenwerking en maatschappelijke betrokkenheid centraal staan. De afdeling ondersteunt de financiële gezondheid van de organisatie en draagt bij aan een correcte rapportering en een vlot verloop achter de schermen.

  • Analyse en beoordeling van zowel algemene als analytische boekhouding met oog voor correcte financiële rapportering.
  • Controle en verwerking van complexe boekingen en uitwerking van de juiste registraties.
  • Kritische evaluatie van processen, inbouwen van controles en formuleren van verbeterpunten.
  • Actieve bijdrage aan de optimalisatie en digitalisering van boekhoudkundige processen.
  • Bruggen bouwen met andere interne diensten om een vlotte samenwerking te verzekeren.
  • Verwerking van inkomende facturen en opvolging van goedkeuringsflows.
  • Opmaken en controleren van balansreconciliaties en analyseren van fluctuaties in P&L‑rekeningen.
  • Voorbereiden, opmaken en inhoudelijk nakijken van btw‑ en intrastat‑aangiften.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit van interne dienstverlening naar zorggerelateerde en ondersteunende diensten.
  • Correcte communicatie met interne klanten, externe partners en leveranciers.
  • Opvolgen van deadlines om tijdige en correcte financiële rapportering te garanderen.
  • Uitvoeren van administratieve taken, opvolgingen en controles, inclusief beheer van de mailbox van de boekhouding.
  • Bachelor in een economische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring als boekhouder zijn een pluspunt.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office, met sterke vaardigheden in Excel.
  • Vlot werken met ERP‑systemen of boekhoudpakketten; kennis van SAP is een troef maar geen vereiste.
  • Kritische en analytische ingesteldheid.
  • Proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding.
  • Aandacht voor kwaliteit, zowel inhoudelijk als in dienstverlening.
  • Flexibel en polyvalent inzetbaar binnen de dienst boekhouding.
  • Discreet omgaan met vertrouwelijke gegevens.
  • Vaardig in het actualiseren van parameters in boekhoudpakketten en uitvoeren van boekhoudkundige controles.
