Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Boekhouding & HR Medewerker:

  • Je bent de drijvende kracht achter het inkomende facturatieproces, waarbij je zorgt voor een vlotte en accurate registratie van alle kosten en diensten.
  • Je neemt de leiding in de opmaak van de periodieke cijfers en garandeert een tijdige, foutloze afhandeling van de btw-verplichtingen.
  • Je optimaliseert de financiële gezondheid van het bedrijf door betalingen efficiënt klaar te zetten via het banksysteem, openstaande klantensaldi proactief op te volgen en financiële risico's in te dekken via de kredietverzekering.
  • Als onmisbare schakel tussen de organisatie en het sociaal secretariaat, capteer en verwerk je de gewerkte uren zodat een feilloze uitbetaling van het team gegarandeerd is.
  • Je houdt de vinger aan de pols door de interne werknemersdossiers up-to-date te houden en je onderhoudt vlotte communicatielijnen met externe partners zoals uitzendbureaus.

Herken jij jezelf in dit profiel?

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring op de teller staan (een mix van administratie, HR en boekhouding is welkom), maar een stevige praktijkervaring in de boekhouding is een absolute must gezien de focus van de rol.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van zowel het Nederlands als het Frans. Daarnaast vind je makkelijk je weg in moderne IT-tools; heb je toevallig al gewerkt met SAP, dan is dat een stevig pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en voert je taken steeds uit met de nodige nauwkeurigheid en stiptheid. Verder ben je iemand die graag zelfstandig werkt, vlot initiatief durft te nemen en voldoening haalt uit een afwisselend takenpakket.
