Als Boekhoudkundig medewerker projecten neem je de financiële en administratieve opvolging van jouw projecten voor je rekening.

Je staat onder meer in voor:

  • het administratief opstarten van nieuwe projectdossiers;
  • het verwerken en opvolgen van de nodige financiële en administratieve documenten;
  • het controleren van inkomende facturen;
  • het voorbereiden en opvolgen van de facturatie;
  • het opvolgen van vorderingsstaten;
  • het verzamelen en verwerken van gegevens voor de werkbegroting;
  • het verzorgen van de nodige briefwisseling en projectdocumentatie;
  • het opvolgen van inkomende en uitgaande correspondentie;
  • het voorbereiden van documenten en aangiftes die bij de opstart van een project nodig zijn;
  • het administratief opvolgen van verzekeringen, borgstellingen, werfmeldingen en nutsleidingen;
  • het ondersteunen van project- en werfleiders bij hun financiële en administratieve opvolging;
  • het verzorgen van de administratieve afsluiting van projecten, waaronder de eindvordering en as-builtdocumentatie.

Je bent dus niet alleen bezig met cijfers. Je houdt ook het volledige administratieve plaatje rond jouw projecten mee in de gaten. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige opvolging weten project- en werfleiders waar hun dossier staat en blijven financiële zaken niet liggen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand die graag structuur brengt in verschillende dossiers en zich goed voelt in een omgeving waar cijfers en administratie samenkomen.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma Bedrijfsmanagement, bij voorkeur met een financiële of boekhoudkundige achtergrond, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in boekhouding en financiële administratie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor details.
  • Je bent cijfermatig sterk en werkt graag met financiële gegevens.
  • Je houdt ervan om verschillende dossiers tegelijkertijd op te volgen.
  • Je stelt prioriteiten en bewaart ook tijdens drukke momenten het overzicht.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt ook vlot de samenwerking met project- en werfleiders op.
  • Je neemt initiatief en wacht niet af wanneer je merkt dat iets moet gebeuren.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende collega's en externe partijen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en een basiskennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office, waaronder Excel en Word.
  • Ervaring met Business Central, Key Entry of Easy Form is mooi meegenomen.

Ervaring binnen de bouwsector of met projectadministratie is een troef, maar vooral jouw nauwkeurigheid, cijfermatig inzicht en administratieve ingesteldheid maken het verschil.
