The posting

Nous recherchons un(e) boulanger-pâtissier expérimenté(e) et passionné(e) par la pâtisserie artisanale, pour rejoindre notre équipe à Woluwe Saint Lambert.

Vos missions

  • Préparer et réaliser des pâtisseries artisanales dans le respect des recettes et des méthodes traditionnelles.
  • Réaliser différents gâteaux algériens traditionnels et modernes : makrout, baklawa, cornes de gazelle, griwech, dziriette, mchewek, sablés, etc.
  • Préparer les pâtes, crèmes, garnitures et différents éléments nécessaires aux productions.
  • Assurer la cuisson, le dressage, la décoration et la finition des produits.
  • Veiller à la qualité, à la fraîcheur et à la présentation des pâtisseries.
  • Respecter les règles d'hygiène, de sécurité alimentaire et de propreté du laboratoire.
  • Participer à la création de nouvelles recettes et présentations selon les besoins de l'établissement.

Profil recherché

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en boulangerie-pâtisserie.La personne recherchée devra avoir une solide expérience en boulangerie-pâtisserie et une véritable maîtrise de la pâtisserie maghrébine artisanale, avec une spécialisation appréciée dans les gâteaux traditionnels algériens.
  • Maîtrise des techniques de pâtisserie artisanale.
  • Expérience confirmée en pâtisserie algérienne traditionnelle, indispensable.
  • Sens du détail, de la précision et de la présentation.
  • Autonomie, sérieux(se), ponctualité et organisation.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à respecter les délais de production.
  • Passion pour le travail artisanal et les produits de qualité.
  • Un environnement de travail dynamique et convivial.
  • Un poste au sein d'une activité mettant à l'honneur la pâtisserie artisanale maghrébine et algérienne.
  • Une rémunération à déterminer selon l'expérience et les compétences.
