The posting

In deze job ben je elke dag actief op de werf en zie je meteen het resultaat van wat je doet. Je werkt mee aan projecten binnen de nutsvoorzieningen en vormt samen met de kraanmachinist en je collega's een belangrijke schakel in de uitvoering. Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket, leert werken met verschillende materialen en technieken en krijgt de ruimte om je kennis verder uit te bouwen. Wie initiatief neemt en graag bijleert, kan op termijn extra verantwoordelijkheden opnemen en bijkomende attesten behalen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ondersteunt de kraanmachinist en zorgt ervoor dat de werken vlot kunnen verlopen en je voert manuele grondwerken uit met professioneel handgereedschap
  • Je helpt bij het plaatsen van waterleidingen en andere nutsvoorzieningen en je bereidt de werkzaamheden mee voor en zorgt voor een correcte afwerking
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen en gereedschap tijdig op de juiste plaats zijn en je houdt de werf georganiseerd en bewaakt mee de veiligheid
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de kraanmachinist en andere collega's op de werf en je denkt mee wanneer er zich praktische problemen voordoen en zoekt samen met je collega's naar een oplossing

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij een familiale onderneming die de voorbije jaren sterk is gegroeid en actief is in verschillende domeinen van de bouw. Van nutsvoorzieningen en rioleringswerken tot wegenbouw, afbraakwerken en omgevingswerken: de projecten zijn gevarieerd en zorgen ervoor dat geen twee werkdagen helemaal hetzelfde zijn. Ondanks de groei blijft de werking persoonlijk. Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met collega's op de werf, kan snel overleggen en krijgt de ruimte om initiatief te nemen. Ervaren collega's delen hun kennis en helpen je om je job steeds beter onder de knie te krijgen.

  • Je hebt ervaring als bouwarbeider. Ervaring binnen nutsvoorzieningen is een mooie extra en je bent praktisch en technisch ingesteld en werkt graag buiten
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B. BE is een plus
  • Je hebt een VCA-attest of bent bereid dit intern te behalen
