Proveko is een dynamisch bedrijf met sterke expertise in 3D-laserscanning en bouwcoördinatie. Een architect is de creatieve kracht achter het ontwerp maar de dagelijkse opvolging van uitvoering, planning en communicatie vraagt een andere focus en aanpak. Steeds meer architecten, bouwheren en projectontwikkelaars zien dat in en kiezen voor Proveko als extra schakel binnen hun bouwteam. Wij brengen structuur, houden het overzicht en zorgen dat iedereen dezelfde richting uitgaat.

Onze doelstelling is eenvoudig: elke werf laten verlopen met rust, respect en duidelijke afspraken.

Jouw rol

· Het bouwteam samenstellen: Je selecteert betrouwbare aannemers voor je projecten die vakkennis combineren met kwaliteit en samenwerking. Zo bouw je aan een team dat dezelfde doelstellingen deelt.

· Planning: Een duidelijke planning vormt de ruggengraat van elk project. Je stelt realistische afspraken op, volgt deze op en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zijn timing haalt.

· Coördinatie op de werf: Voor de start breng je alle bouwpartners samen. Je stemt verwachtingen af, creëert respect en zorgt dat iedereen in dezelfde richting werkt.

· Bewaken van het bouwbudget: Je houdt het budget helder en onder controle, met tijdige signalering van mogelijke overschrijdingen. Zo vermijd je verrassingen achteraf.

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

· Je combineert je hogere bouwtechnische studie-achtergrond met min. 5j ervaring met bouwprojecten. Vaardig met bouwkundige tekenprogramma’s is een plus.

· Naast nauwkeurigheid houd je van zelfstandig werken en staat kwaliteit voor jou centraal.

· Je voelt je thuis in een kleine, groeiende organisatie waar initiatief sterk gewaardeerd wordt.

· Je bent leergierig en enthousiast over innovatieve technologie, zoals diverse meetsystemen en drones.
