Zet jouw bouwkundige kennis in voor de agrarische sector Ben jij bouwkundig onderlegd en wil je agrarische ondernemers helpen bij de ontwikkeling van hun bedrijf? Dan is deze functie als Bouwkundig Adviseur iets voor jou. Je bent een deskundige sparringpartner voor ondernemers die willen bouwen, uitbreiden of verduurzamen en begeleidt hen bij bouwkundige en stikstofgerelateerde vraagstukken. Wat ga je doen? Als Bouwkundig Adviseur ondersteun je agrarische ondernemers bij uiteenlopende bouwprojecten. Je denkt mee vanaf de eerste plannen tot aan de uitvoering en zorgt ervoor dat plannen technisch haalbaar zijn en voldoen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: • Het begeleiden van bouw- en verbouwtrajecten binnen de agrarische sector. • Het adviseren over stikstofvraagstukken en de impact hiervan op bouw- en ontwikkelplannen. • Het beoordelen van bouwplannen en het signaleren van mogelijkheden en aandachtspunten. • Het onderhouden van contact met ondernemers, gemeenten en andere betrokken partijen. • Het volgen van ontwikkelingen binnen wet- en regelgeving en deze vertalen naar praktisch advies. Over de organisatie Hans Rietveld agrarisch advies richt zich volledig op de agrarische sector. Samen met een enthousiast team van adviseurs ondersteun je ondernemers bij uiteenlopende vraagstukken op het gebied van bedrijfsontwikkeling, regelgeving en bouw. Je werkt vanuit de vestiging in Lexmond of Barneveld, maar bent ook regelmatig onderweg naar klanten of werkt vanuit huis. Dankzij de flexibele werkwijze kun je jouw agenda grotendeels zelf indelen. Wat breng je mee? • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Bouwkunde, Agrarische Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting. • Affiniteit met de agrarische sector. • Kennis van bouwkundige processen en interesse in wet- en regelgeving, waaronder stikstof. • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling. • Een proactieve en oplossingsg...
