Ridoh is een snelgroeiend bedrijf en actief op het gebied van bouwadvies bestaande uit bouwkosten, bouwkundig tekenwerk en duurzaamheidsvraagstukken. Wij zijn gevestigd in het centrum van Alkmaar. Wegens groei zijn wij op zoek naar een Bouwkundig Constructeur om ons team te versterken. Constructieberekeningen Functieomschrijving Als Constructeur zal jij: - Constructieve ontwerpen opstellen; - Constructieve berekeningen uitrekenen; - Technische tekeningen maken; - Het aanspreekpunt zijn voor onze opdrachtgevers; - Bouwvoorschriften, bouwnormen en veiligheidsvoorschriften volgen; - Klanten adviseren. Je zal in samenwerking met onze ervaren constructeur je verder ontwikkelen en krijgt de mogelijkheid om vol enthousiasme te werken aan diverse projecten (van verbouwing tot nieuwbouw). Jouw profiel - Meerdere jaren ervaring binnen een vergelijkbare functie is een pré; - Afgeronde opleiding HBO-/WO-opleiding Bouwkunde of Constructief; - Kennis en ervaring met rekensoftware (bijvoorbeeld Technosoft) is een pré; - Je bent zelfstandig, doelgericht en communicatief vaardig; - Je bent accuraat, hebt doorzettingsvermogen en beschikt over de nodige overtuigingskracht. Aanbod - 40 uur / parttime is bespreekbaar; - Een marktconform salaris afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring; - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden; o.a. pensioenopbouw en 30 vakantiedagen per jaar (o.b.v. 40 uur per week). - Mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en het volgen van opleiding en/of cursussen; - Uitzicht op een vast contract.
