Als Bouwkundig Engineer organiseer je het technisch en administratieve deel van bouw of renovatieprojecten. Je stelt planningen en werkschema's op, bereidt inkoop voor, maakt calculaties voor meerwerk en zorgt voor een goede administratieve verwerking. Je bewaakt tijd, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid en stemt alle disciplines, bouwkundig, constructief en installaties, tot in detail op elkaar af. Zo ben jij de rechterhand van de projectleider en cruciaal voor een succesvolle uitvoering. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische uitwerking: je bepaalt wat er moet gebeuren, op welk moment en met welke middelen. Binnen je team zorg je dat de werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering soepel verlopen, met oog voor organisatie, detail en samenwerking. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je hebt een mbo of hbo opleiding in Bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar. - Je hebt relevante ervaring als werkvoorbereider of engineer in de bouw. - Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren, maar kunt ook snel schakelen en ad hoc werkzaamheden oppakken. - Deadlines of tijdsdruk schrikt je niet af. Je bewaakt kwaliteit, budget en planning goed. - Je hebt technische affiniteit, kunt bouwplannen lezen en vertalen naar praktische uitvoeringsplannen, en werkt graag in teamverband.
