Voor onze klant in Aalst, gespecialiseerd in prefabbetonelementen zoals breedplaten en holle betonwanden, zijn we op zoek naar een bouwkundig ingenieur met ervaring.

Jouw takenpakket

Als bouwkundig ingenieur ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de klant, het tekenbureau en de productie. Je zorgt ervoor dat bouwplannen worden vertaald naar technisch haalbare en produceerbare prefaboplossingen.

Wat mag je verwachten van jouw takenpakket?

  • Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan aannemers, architecten en studiebureaus bij vragen over bouwen met prefabbeton.
  • Je analyseert bouwtechnische vraagstukken en adviseert klanten over de meest geschikte oplossingen.
  • Je vertaalt ontwerpplannen naar concrete technische uitvoeringen, rekening houdend met de mogelijkheden van de productie.
  • Je organiseert het tekenbureau en stuurt de tekenaars aan. Je begeleidt hen en zorgt ervoor dat projecten vlot verlopen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over de ontwikkeling en implementatie van innovatieve bouwtechnieken en materialen.
  • Je bewaakt de technische kwaliteit en helpt mee om projecten efficiënt en correct uit te werken.

We zoeken een technisch sterke professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en vlot communiceert met klanten en collega's.

Herken jij jezelf in onderstaande punten?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma Bouwkunde of Industrieel/Burgerlijk Ingenieur Bouwkunde.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante operationele ervaring in de bouwsector. Ervaring met prefabbeton is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt een goede bouwtechnische kennis en kan technische plannen en vraagstukken analyseren.
  • Je hebt kennis van Tekla Structures of een vergelijkbaar tekenpakket.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld, werkt nauwkeurig en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet een team op een motiverende manier te begeleiden.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met verschillende partijen.
