Als Bouwkundig Projectleider - Doorgroeimogelijkheden naar Partner verbind je architectuur, engineering en digitale techniek. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid, invloed op processen en een perspectief om op termijn partner te worden. Wat ga je doen? Jij bewaakt bouwkundige projecten vanaf het definitief ontwerp tot en met de uitvoering. Als Bouwkundig Projectleider stuur je modelleurs aan en stem je af met architecten, adviseurs en opdrachtgevers. Je houdt grip op de planning, kwaliteit, communicatie en voortgang van ieder project. Bouwkundige en technische knelpunten herken je vroeg en vertaal je naar praktische oplossingen. Ook bespreek je BIM-modellen, ontwerpkeuzes en uitvoerbaarheid met alle betrokken partijen. Voor onze opdrachtgever werk je aan woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw en bijzondere maatwerkprojecten. Je gebruikt jouw kennis van Revit en BIM om inhoudelijk mee te denken en waar nodig een model te controleren. Daarnaast verbeter je werkprocessen rond BIM, engineering, kennisdeling en projectbeheersing. Je krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid voor opdrachtgevers en interne processen. Daardoor ontwikkel je jezelf niet alleen als projectleider, maar ook richting ondernemerschap en een mogelijke positie als partner. Jouw werkzaamheden - Aansturen en coördineren van bouwkundige BIM-projecten van DO tot en met uitvoering; - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, voortgang en projectafspraken; - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, architecten, modelleurs en externe adviseurs; - Controleren van BIM-modellen en signaleren van bouwkundige en technische knelpunten; - Werken met Revit en BIM-to...
