Functieomschrijving Als bouwkundig projectleider ben jij de spil in het project. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige projectrealisatie, van ontwerpfase tot en met oplevering. Je werkt nauw samen met architecten, stedenbouwkundigen en adviseurs om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten binnen planning, budget en kwaliteit worden opgeleverd. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en zorgt ervoor dat hun wensen en eisen worden vertaald naar haalbare plannen.
