Als bouwkundige / BIM modelleur maak je deel uit van een creatief engineeringsteam en werk je aan uiteenlopende projecten, variërend van woongebouwen tot kantoren en complexe hoogbouw. Je vertaalt architectonische ontwerpen naar technische en maakbare plannen, waarbij je zowel 3D-modellen als 2D-tekeningen ontwikkelt. Je controleert en optimaliseert je eigen werk en zoekt voortdurend naar innovatieve oplossingen en efficiënte werkmethoden. Je bent betrokken bij verschillende fasen van het ontwerpproces, van schets tot detailuitwerking, met een focus op technische realisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat BIM-modellen voorzien zijn van de juiste parameters en dat tekeningen zowel bouwkundig als esthetisch kloppen. Je draagt bij aan het realiseren van gebouwen waar alle betrokkenen trots op kunnen zijn. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Ervaring met BIM-software en het maken van 3D-modellen - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden - Analytisch denkvermogen en oog voor detail - Zelfstandig en nauwkeurig kunnen werken - Afgeronde opleiding Bouwkunde op minimaal hbo-niveau - Affiniteit met architectuur en techniek - Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving - Proactieve houding en oplossingsgericht Functieoverzicht .
