Bij Borg4 krijg je de kans om een belangrijke rol te spelen binnen de Wet kwaliteitsborging voor het bouwen (Wkb). Je toetst bouwplannen, signaleert risico's en werkt samen met opdrachtgevers en bouwpartners aan kwalitatief sterke en toekomstbestendige bouwprojecten. Wat ga je doen? Jouw rol als Bouwplantoetser Als Bouwplantoetser ben jij dé specialist die bouwplannen toetst en risico's signaleert. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten voldoen aan de wet- en regelgeving en ondersteunt opdrachtgevers en bouwondernemers met deskundig advies. Jouw taken - Technisch toetsen van bouwplannen volgens het Bbl - Informatie verzamelen bij ontwerpers, constructeurs en adviseurs - Opstellen van borgingsplannen in samenwerking met bouwondernemers - Risico's signaleren en risicobeoordelingen uitvoeren - Overleggen met bouwondernemers en opdrachtgevers over bouwdocumentatie Wat breng je mee? - MBO+ of HBO Bouwkunde met aanvullende kennis van Bouwbesluit en Bbl - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met bouwplantoetsing bij een gemeente, advies- of architectenbureau - Kennis van wet- en regelgeving, bouwkundige constructies, bouwfysica en brandveiligheid - Ervaring met bouwprocessen, bouwmethodes en kwaliteitssystemen - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling Waarom Borg4?
